NarrativeDx provides actionable insights from patient experiences to improve care and maximize reimbursements. Our patient experience management platform collects and analyzes data that are both internal and external to healthcare settings. Internal data sources are government-mandated patient satisfaction (CAHPS) surveys, focus groups, and patient portals; and external data are from Facebook, Yelp, and doctor review sites. We use natural language processing (NLP) to identify patterns out of unstructured patient feedback that would otherwise be lost in the noise. We then use these patterns to present actionable insights to healthcare providers so they can take targeted actions to improve care and maximize reimbursements.
